Ordering Guidelines

GENERAL BEAD INFORMATION

We use Moretti, Vetrofond, Kugler, Lauscha, Hand-pulled gaffer glasses and some specialty hand made glasses here in the USA. Our beads are kiln annealed, cleaned and inspected by us. Our beads are hand made, one at a time, by us, so please keep in mind that there will be slight differences from set to set. Computer screens and color photos may cause slight differences from the original. We assure you that the differences, if any, are subtle. Please keep in mind that they are glass and should be handled accordingly.

ORDERING

To order an item, simply add it to you shopping cart and follow the instructions at checkout. If the item you are interested in has been sold, we will notify you. Since our beads our custom and unique, we can create a similar representation. The beads are sold to the first person ordering according to date and time on which the order is received.

Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom orders or requests. Please contact us directly, so we may work with you. We will email you a photo and pricing before we ship. Custom orders can not be returned.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Pay pal which is preferred. We can also process all major credit cards via Pro Pay. If you opt to use Pro Pay, you will have to contact us with your information to arrange for payment over our secure Pro Pay network. We do not take personal checks but you may pay with a money order or cashiers check.

SHIPPING

We ship items Priority Mail via USPS, usually within 5 business days after payment is received. Shipping within the US is $5.95. Buyer pays shipping. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and we will do the best we can. Insurance will be charged at your option. Insurance charges are calculated at $2.30 per $100.00. We do not require it, although, we put the liability in your hands. We pack carefully and ship quickly.

If you wish to insure your package, please select the correct option under the insure your package tab before checkout is complete.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee our beads. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. You may return a purchase for any reason, (except custom work) with in 7 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your money for the full amount excluding shipping and insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item safely so that it is returned in the same condition that it was received. We will not refund beads broken in shipping. Please include original invoice.
